campus UAMS is like a city of its own in the heart of Little Rock. In addition to the doctors, nurses and other health care professionals who care for patients, there's a team of support personnel who keep everything running around the clock, 365 days a year. This team includes information technology professionals, landscape technicians, HVAC specialists, police and security officers, painters, environmental services staff, engineers, communications specialists and others who ensure there are no interruptions in service or facilities so the medical team can focus on finding cures and saving lives. UAMS provides a rewarding environment where every employee plays a role in helping improve the health of Arkansans.

Positions include business administrators, project managers and other managerial roles.

The UAMS campus security department has positions for certified police officers, security officers and dispatchers.

Adminstrative Support
Administrative support positions include receptionists and other front desk personnel, call center operators and administrative and executive assistants.

U-TEMPS provides temporary employees across the UAMS campus. The majority of these positions are clerical or administrative and may include positions in food service, library or mail processing support.

Information Technology
The IT Department at UAMS has positions for programmers, desktop support technicians, analysts, project managers and other roles.

Campus Operations
UAMS Campus Operations is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC systems and parking facilities.

Finance roles include positions in budgeting, planning, billing and operations support across the institution.

Compliance positions include jobs in research and clinical programs, ensuring all regulatory and safety requirements are met.
